Saudi’s NEOM announces ultra-futuristic destination ‘Epicon’

The new project is said to be designed as a ‘gateway of the future’

Saudi Arabia’s renowned gigaproject, NEOM, has revealed yet another project following its recent announcement of Leyja, the sustainable tourism destination in the city.

NEOM’s board of directors unveiled Epicon, its latest luxury coastal tourism destination, including a residential offering.

Situated on the Gulf of Aqaba, Epicon aspires to establish a new benchmark in hospitality and architectural excellence. Emerging from NEOM‘s desert expanse like a shimmering mirage, the property will showcase two towers, one soaring to 225 metres and the other reaching an impressive 275 metres.

These towers will house an ultra-premium 41-key hotel along with luxury residences comprising 14 suites and apartments. Adjacent to the hotel lies the Epicon resort, seamlessly blending tranquility with indulgence, featuring 120 rooms and 45 exquisite residential beach villas.

As a destination for visitors and an optimal place for living and thriving, Epicon guarantees its guests and residents a truly immersive and life-affirming experience. The luxurious residences and beach villas aim to redefine livability through cutting-edge innovations, world-class services, and premier experiences, positioning the resort as a symbol of iconic living.

Epicon’s guests and residents will have unrestricted access to world-class facilities, complemented by breathtaking views of one of NEOM‘s most coveted shorelines. The amenities include a state-of-the-art gym, library, workspaces, as well as pools and lounges.

The unveiling of Epicon comes on the heels of the recent announcement of Leyja, NEOM’s sustainable tourism destination nestled within a magnificent natural valley.
