With a multitude of projects already in the pipeline, the year 2024 promises to be a transformative period for the company. Anticipating an even greater impact, we are set to introduce a diverse array of residential communities, collectively valued at over $675 million (AED 2.5 billion).

To ensure the success of these ventures, we are strategically collaborating with LUD Studios, a renowned British-born design and engineering consultancy. Together, we are spearheading the creation of visionary residential and lifestyle communities that transcend conventional boundaries. Emphasising innovation, sustainability, and futuristic design, these developments aim to set new standards within the real estate industry.

Cavendish Square, located in the popular residential district of JVT is your latest residential offering. Please give us detailed insights on the project and why it got sold out in record time.

Cavendish Square achieved remarkable success among investors owing to its distinctive features, prime location, and competitive pricing. The choice of Jumeirah Village Triangle for this development was deliberate, as it offers a serene residential setting surrounded by verdant greenery and well-manicured landscapes.

Positioned just off Hessa Street, a brief drive from Dubai Marina and the city centre, Jumeirah Village Triangle holds immense appeal among expatriates seeking a tranquil yet accessible living environment. With its characteristic low-rise residential buildings, the location seamlessly aligns with the ethos of Cavendish Square.
