Dubai real estate: The final phase of South Bay sells out in 4 hours

Dubai South Properties has sold out the final phase of South Bay, their development in Dubai South’s Residential District, just four hours after its launch. This success follows the sell-out of all previously released units in different phases, highlighting the high demand for properties in the area.

The new phase of South Bay will include 160 units of townhouses and semi-detached villas with three to five bedrooms. Construction contracts for all phases have been awarded and work is progressing on site. Once complete, South Bay will have over 800 villas and townhouses, 200 waterfront mansions, along with state-of-the-art amenities, which include a lagoon, waterfront promenade, cafes, beaches, clubhouse, fitness centres, parks, shopping mall, spa, kids’ clubs, waterparks, pools, and private beaches.

Ecstatic about this achievement, Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, mentioned, “The sell-out of all units reaffirms its attractiveness to investors and buyers and the prominent position Dubai South has attained due to its strategic location, offerings and connectivity. At Dubai South, we are aligned with the government’s vision of attracting one million inhabitants to the area, once Al Maktoum International Airport is complete, and our unique projects cater to all customer preferences, via premium units that include townhouses, villas and apartments, promising an upscale living experience.”

Earlier this month, Dubai South Properties also launched South Living in the Residential District, featuring 209 spacious units ranging from studios to 3-bedroom apartments and unique terraced units. After all, Dubai South is rapidly emerging as a key location of choice, attracting increased interest due to its strategic position and comprehensive lifestyle offerings.
